RollTech is a role-based industrial workflow and service management platform used by authorised Admin, Manager, and Engineer users for managing organisations, sites, assets, jobs, service visits, reports, maintenance records, notifications, and operational activity.

• Camera access when users scan QR codes or capture service-related images inside the app.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information only for RollTech platform functionality, including:

• Creating and managing authorised user accounts.
• Allowing Admin, Manager, and Engineer users to access their role-based dashboards and assigned workflow data.
• Managing organisations, sites, assets, QR-linked records, jobs, service visits, reports, maintenance schedules, notifications, and audit records.
• Allowing QR scanning to identify assets and validate service work against the correct equipment.
• Allowing service photos and notes to be attached as evidence for service visits and reports.
• Improving security, reliability, support, and operational performance of the platform.

3. Camera Permission

RollTech requests camera permission only for app features that require it, such as scanning asset QR codes and capturing service-related photos. The camera is not used for background monitoring, advertising, or unrelated tracking.

4. Data Sharing

RollTech does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only where necessary to operate the platform, support authorised customer workflows, comply with legal obligations, or use trusted service providers who help host, secure, maintain, or deliver the service.
