RollTech Account Deletion Request

This page explains how RollTech users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

RollTech is a business workflow application where user accounts are created and managed by an authorised Admin. Users can request account deletion using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app
  1. Open the RollTech app.
  2. Log in using your registered account.
  3. Go to the account/admin section where the Delete Account option is available.
  4. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at pravinjavad@gmail.com using your registered email address.

Please include the subject line: RollTech Account Deletion Request.

Data that may be deleted

  • User account access
  • Name and registered email address
  • Phone number, if provided
  • Role and access assignment linked to the account
  • Account authentication access controlled by RollTech

Data that may be retained

RollTech is used for industrial service operations. Some records may need to be retained for business, security, legal, audit, or customer compliance reasons.

  • Job records
  • Service visit records
  • Service reports
  • Audit logs
  • Operational history required by the organisation using RollTech
Retention period: Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Some operational, legal, security, or audit records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer where required by law, contract, or compliance requirements.
